March 2025 Update

As of March 2025, the overall treatment plant is anticipating startup in Spring/Summer 2025 with ongoing electrical work and systematic equipment commissioning.

Complete decommissioning of the existing WWTP is expected to occur once the new Plant is online. Site restoration and paving to occur in Fall 2025.

Marion

• Forcemain installation and testing complete.
• Pump station is anticipating startup in Spring 2025 with equipment commissioning currently ongoing. Site restoration and paving to occur in Summer 2025.
• Existing Marion WWTP to undergo decommissioning Summer/Fall 2025.

Walworth

• Forcemain installation complete with testing upcoming in Summer 2025.
• Pump station is anticipating startup in Summer 2025 with electrical work ongoing and equipment commissioning to follow. Site restoration and paving to occur in Summer 2025.
• Existing Walworth WWTP to undergo decommissioning Fall 2025.

Macedon

• Forcemain installation complete with testing upcoming in Spring 2025.
• Pump station anticipating startup in Spring 2025 with electrical work wrapping up and equipment commissioning to follow. Site restoration and paving to occur in Summer 2025.
• Existing Macedon WWTP to undergo decommissioning Summer/Fall 2025.
